I think 'no smoking' means you have to have smokeless fires🙂

Seriously, no naked lights I think means you need shades on outdoor lights to keep people from getting blinded by a high output light bulb.

Nice ride though🙂

Judging by the sign on the wall, this is in a garage.

So no lighting up or naked flames.

I think "naked lights" does indeed mean "naked flames" - but slightly odd phrasing, even in British English.
