Tell you the truth. I am proud for you. No kidding. I know how tough it can be. I know how tough it was for me. Hang in there. There will be some rough days but it gets better glad to hear you are jumping rope. That is hard for old farts like us. Keep it up. Might want to try Hopscotch too. Probably be a lot of guys want to join in over at the Anthony FJ.

Started jumping rope. It's too early to get back into boxing. Got to get my wind back first. As far as the dog was concerned I loved him. That's why I used the one shot one kill method. One single .45 cal between the eyes. He never felt a thing.
perhaps the dog was already dieing from passive smoke induced lung cancer.

You're fooling yourself if you think you will ever get your wind back again, that ability has flown. So now you have no reason not to sit back with a pack and just enjoy the smooth flavour of your ciggies.

Actually I'm feeling much better since I quit smoking. While I can't run a Marathon right now my wind is getting better. When I first started jumping rope I couldn't jump for more than 15 seconds without gasping for breath. Now I'm up to a minute where I stop for 5 minutes and then I do it again. And yes it is tough to not just sit back and have me a smooth smoke. Over 4 weeks now.

Good job, Slim. I recently fell off the wagon (again) after nearly 5 months without a smoke. 🙁

Gastel is just one of those plonkers who tries to put other people down regardless of the reasons.

So how did you fall off recently after 5 months if you smoked 2 months ago? Unless you call 2, nearly 3 months recent.
