Started jumping rope. It's too early to get back into boxing. Got to get my wind back first. As far as the dog was concerned I loved him. That's why I used the one shot one kill method. One single .45 cal between the eyes. He never felt a thing.

Actually I'm feeling much better since I quit smoking. While I can't run a Marathon right now my wind is getting better.
