"The single clenched fist lifted and ready, or the open asking hand held out and waiting -- choose, for we meet by one or the other."
-the poem "Choose" by Carl Sandburg. Personally, I find the poem too cut and dried, perhaps even close-minded. Still, I admire it because it says more in a couple of lines than many poems that go on for countless pages. There is something very honest about a poem so short.

This is a point, although obscure junior colleges have their merits as well. I don't remember bringing this up, although I started out quite nervous and may have done...I am certain that there was (happily) no dream-talk 😛!
I wonder what theoretical numerology would look like?

Then Job answered the LORD and said:
2
1 I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be hindered.
3
I have dealt with great things that I do not understand; things too wonderful for me, which I cannot know.
5
I had heard of you by word of mouth, but now my eye has seen you.

Therefore I disown what I have said, and repent in dust and ashes.
1 Then Job answered the LORD, and said,
2 I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.
3 Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
4 Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.
6 Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
