We all see them everyday on RHP.

Why do people embrace on RHP what is normally shunned in society?

Why do we tolerate this anti-social behaviour in our community?

While you're cleaning up your act, you might want to leave Family Guy, Southpark and Simpsons Fans Club. Not exactly 3 of the most "PC" shows on TV, you know.

A reasonable theory.

Thanks GP. Good to hear from you.

Red Night was more of an exhaustion of ideas than anything clever on my part. My first dozen or so choices were taken.

I have to admit, I'm not much of a forum prowler these days. Which particular avatars and profiles are you referring to? As for RHPers embracing what's normally shunned in society, I think both "embracing" and "normally" need a little clarification, but I think the reason that we tolerate what could be considered anti-social behaviour elsewhere is a practical one.

A balance must always be struck between freedom and equality, so questions like "is it more important that no one offend anyone else in the forums, or that people have the right to speak freely?" always come up. I'm sure Russ doesn't much care either way, provided (1) no one causes such offense that it causes RHPers to leave en masse; and (2) no users feel so censored that they'd rather not post at all, causing RHPers to leave en masse. Russ' conscience may come into play as well from time to time, but since nothing that happens here is really life or death, my guess is that the balance is determined largely by preventing loss of Russ' profits.

Just to catch you up, He is after Seitse this time.

Pity really Pretending he lives on such high moral ground and waves a symbol that represented repression and forced conforming to so many masses.
