2 packs Raman Beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
pound of burger
Jar of cheese wiz
Brown the meat, drain.
Mix in the chop onion and pepper. pour in about a cup hot water and mix the flavor packs from the noodles. Brown until vegies get soft.
Boil your noodles, drain, and mix with the burger veg and jar of cheese.
Enjoy!

I'm equally horrified and tempted by that.
If you make it, you will have left overs for a couple-few days. This stuff fills you up like you can't imagine. Have a bit of italian or french bread with it, and you'll feel like you ate a bowling ball.
If I remember, noodle and cheese bind you up more than anything, so there is no explosion to speak of.
