My random thought: Why do thoroughly horrible neighbors with constantly screaming children insist on leaving their doors open so the rest of the apartment complex has to endure the noise of them yelling and the kids screaming? Can't we just cement their door shut until their version of Survivor is over? Or can't they just make it clear that we can call CPS instead of being horrible but legal?

People have no respect for other people anymore. And they instill that great value in their children.

I was in my friends house. He was in the bathroom. His neighbor crawled in through the window (robbing the place), saw me, and took off.
We called the police, and he said I was making up the story because I was racist. 🙂
After all that, my friends dad wouldn't press charges because he "had to go on living there."
