Ratings Limits?

Tried to find this in the FAQ, but no luck. Is there a way to set upper and lower rating limits when creating an open invite game? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, guys. I thought the provisional might have something to do with it. Next time, I'll check the help forum and the FAQ.

As provisional you can still metion rating limits in the game title
