These are just a few things you can do...
1) Constantly make fun of people's grammar and spelling.
2) Take every chance I get to make a jab at someone I don't like.
3) Insult people and if they get offended tell them I was just kidding.
4) Make hints about people that are subtle enough so that if they say anything I can act innocent and tell them they are paranoid and yet not so subtle so that they get I was talking about them.
Can I get the trophy then? 🙂

Not nearly as coveted as the "Trashy" and not so shiny, but an award none-the-less.
