I am having problems too. I used all my recs last month, then it gave me ten more. I used one rec two days ago of my new allocation of 10, and now it is saying that i have none left?

I don't think they're talking about months like January, February and so on, but months as in thirty day periods. Am I right?

The recs got reset on the 21st September, so i should have another allocation of 10 as of the 21st/22nd October. But i dont.
