If I use 1 rec today, and 1 rec tomorrow, then in 30 days from today I will get today's rec back, and then in 31 days (30 days from tomorrow), I'll get tomorrow's rec back.

Did you make 10 recs in 1 day? Why do you assume you will get 10 recs 30 days after you made your first one?
