Yes. This method is also good with the chicken wrapped in bacon/pancetta.
No spuds tonight but I got some green beans. I like my beans to be citrus-y so I think I'm going to go with rhb's suggestion.
Will go well with the green beans.
I'm off to make Falafel, catcha's all tomorrow.

Why not?

I'm looking for recipes that will bring out the best of skin and bone. I will not have the time to de-bone and nobody likes chicken without skin. (No, I don't even have one minute of spare time)
And anyways, aren't you a goddamn tofu-muncher?

yeah the ''high chance'' is like 0.00000274 percent. witch, in worst case, could result into building up more resistance! 😲
Like all chicken, if you're not slicing up fillet to stir fry, you're gonna have to take care of the moisture.
The easiest way is setting your oven to 190 - 200 degrees.
Rub soya sauce/oil into the chicken. Add pepper and some curry powder / chilli powder (if you have any), garlic, onions and MUSHROOMS (they add moisture).
Wrap it all up in tin foil. Put into your now already hot oven and leave it for 30 minutes or so.

Cooking kills all the germs anyway... what would need washing off? Does it help make the meat taste any better?

I bought some chicken Thighs, as it's half the price for twice the meat....... My friend laughed at me for being so cheap, but the cats out in the back garden loved me 😛

In case his roommate used the chicken earlier?
A small slit in a boneless, skinless chicken breast can be quite enticing.
