Yes. This method is also good with the chicken wrapped in bacon/pancetta.

No spuds tonight but I got some green beans. I like my beans to be citrus-y so I think I'm going to go with rhb's suggestion.
You won't regret. Don't forget to wipe the grill pan (presuming it was clean before you started cooking) with Bread to get all the carbonised bits out.

Will go well with the green beans.

I'm off to make Falafel, catcha's all tomorrow.

I heard on't radio it was something about the inevitable (microscopic) splashes during the process spreading raw juices around the kitchen area - leading to high chance of nasty bugs getting on something that'd later be used with raw food - cross contamination basically.

And anyways, aren't you a goddamn tofu-muncher?
I don't eat meat anymore, but I used to. Try that recipe sometime. It's very tasty and easy.

I bought some chicken Thighs, as it's half the price for twice the meat....... My friend laughed at me for being so cheap, but the cats out in the back garden loved me 😛

I hear chicken is best with ice cream and orange sauce.

hahahaha

yeah the ''high chance'' is like 0.00000274 percent. witch, in worst case, could result into building up more resistance! 😲

Like all chicken, if you're not slicing up fillet to stir fry, you're gonna have to take care of the moisture.

The easiest way is setting your oven to 190 - 200 degrees.
Rub soya sauce/oil into the chicken. Add pepper and some curry powder / chilli powder (if you have any), garlic, onions and MUSHROOMS (they add moisture).

Wrap it all up in tin foil. Put into your now already hot oven and leave it for 30 minutes or so.

Ok, flip the question around.... why would you wash chicken pre-cooking?

Cooking kills all the germs anyway... what would need washing off? Does it help make the meat taste any better?

Nigel Slater says these are the tastiest part too. Fiddly, but tasty. I'm inclined to agree.

In case his roommate used the chicken earlier?

A small slit in a boneless, skinless chicken breast can be quite enticing.

Bit of extra protein wouldn't hurt.
