How will posting that list do anything to improve the situation as regards cheaters? It won't mean any of them are removed any quicker and if anything it will mean you get a ban. Do you not think that now some assholes know that they will be removed that they are causing unneccessary extra work thinking its clever to set up multiple accounts?
Maybe the removed players should no longer be added to the list of shame. That way their futile attempts to set up and get away with multiple accounts go unnoticed by the majority and maybe, just maybe they will get bored and go elsewhere.
