Personlly I don't find it at all bad that we are all laughing at the disabled kid joke, I couldn't care less. It's not in my nature to be easily offended. Basically what you are saying is that it is all right to laugh at someone's disability or problem behind their back, because it does not offend them directly, but as soon as you say it to their face you should be banned from the forums and such like.
