Ok, I have to meet a man/woman that would pay for driveway protection. I got some swamp land that is going to be very valuable some day I want to talk to them about. πŸ˜‰

You could look at it that way, or the person is being paid just to protect the driveway.... Sounds cheap for a pave job unless it is a very short driveway. πŸ˜‰

That may indeed be your primary address sir, but accordingly to Land Registry you are also legally responsible for 25 Muggers Alley Bognor Regis.

For that property, throughout 2017,the driveway was fully protected and at no stage was it occupied by undesirables.

We believe our flat rate of 1200 pounds was more than reasonable, and for no extra cost we also provided full protection against zoological damage. (Excluding hippopotami).

Quite, quite. The contract specifically states payment in cash. My current position is 400 miles East of Tumukuru (French Polynesia), heading East at 22 knots (so long as the wind is constant and the spinnaker holds). I invite you to collect the fee in person.

    Of course.

Alternatively ... I see via my satellite link to Sonhouse's orbital private retro-mirror array that Massimo has parked a mobile casino-cum-brothel in a Winnebago there at 25 Muggers Alley. Appears to be doing a roaring business. You could have Rusty go round and collect your cut directly. Better bring the rubber truncheon.
