Either claim would be as laughable
Or do you think the bitterness grew out of a suppressed desire to wear tight leather pants and black nail polish?
Originally posted by underfeltWell although I'm not usually allowed to reveal a patient's record, I believe in this instance it may be beneficial. I have noticed, of late, that his behaviour does seem to suggest some latent goth tendency. I have offered him counselling, but he has refused, in favour of sitting in bed pretending to have the flu. You may of course draw your own conclusions on this, though I am sure the evidence speaks for itself. In my expert opinion, our leader is becoming more insular due to the strains of clan organisation and the deeply rooted desire to wear black, probably from some childhood experience. His tenacity of stance towards music of a more introspective nature is likely an emoted reflex to his inner turmoil.

The best thing we can do is offer him our support, all together now, GROUP HUG!

I have that Six Finger Satellite album, AWESOME stuff. Doctor, there's trouble in the monkey house! What is it Mr Malberg? It's...

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just quoting from memory.
Thanks darvlay, it was a great surprise to get two discs, I'm going to need a while before I can comment properly, if at all. I like what I've heard so far, and most of it's unfamiliar to me.

Well I was dragged off to Berlin for the weekend, but upon returning, I happily found Liam's cd. It's just awesome... boy, if you can't sing.... then what you called what I do when I claim to sing?
I haven't properly heard all of the songs yet, but I love most of the one I've heard (especially "Psycho Killer"😉
Although thanks a ton for the sweet letter and the radiohead cd.... have yet to listen to that.
I love you! 😀
... and Darvlay: I've never heard of a single artist on either one of your cds. Does that make me ignorant?
Love,
Angie

No seriously, I've yet to disappointed with a compilation from our erudite Canadian. Some fastastic stuff, some downright weird, but his compilation cds have a tendency to find their way into my player many times before they're stolen by greedy narcissists with beautiful gardens.
Originally posted by hopscotchCheers. Yours too have been great. Your latest one has a couple of old songs that I hadn't heard in years. They conjured up very fond memories. You have also introduced me to a couple bands that I had never heard much of including The Moldy Peaches, Jeffrey Lewis and Muse (which could be described as a guilty pleasure since I don't usually enjoy such wailing vocal treatments).
