If true (and I can't confirm it) there is very little I can do, sorry.
Well you could begin by extending people's subscriptions for the period of time you are not providing the service or better yet giving the options of a refund.

For those who are hard of reading:

I can obviously still access RHP because I have a VPN, and dont need a crappy free one.

I dont need my subscription extended, because I CAN access RHP because I have a VPN.

For those wanting to storm the ramparts, I suggest you dont try it. Occupying countries is difficult, as you should have found out repeatedly since the late 1960's, but seem unable to get.

Imagine trying to occupy a country bigger than your own, and with three times your population.....

Yeah right.

Opps, 10% growth. Imagine that? For more than 10 years straight? Holy budget surplus Batman.

(blink blink) troll peers out from under the bridge, mouth agape, hoping for a morsel....

@Russ, is it possible for you to determine if other players from PRC are accessing RHP, so it might be my stupid ISP, or if it is a China wide thing? My VPN is having no problems from Hong Kong.

Change the site name.

I'm sure eons ago it was a witty invention, and not conceived as being so hugely popular.

However, worldwide the word 'pawn' can be misconceived as 'porn', and that would lead to censure in many various countries.

Why not 'Red Hot King'? or 'Red Hot Queen'? or to lower risk, 'Red hot Rook'?

Red Hot Rook br ...[text shortened]... nge the site name, I Know! But could be beneficial for all users and admin. 😳

Given we're talking about China, maybe its officials thought it was an unlicensed restaurant that sells spicy prawns.

How is it that RHP is not providing the service? So according to you if I lose my internet connection ( for whatever reason ) Russ should send met a paperversion of the site or a refund? That is just daft.

It seems that RHP has been blocked here in China.

I have been using RHP in China for nearly 2 years now with no problems, until about 48 hours ago.

Since then, I have been unable to load RHP unless I am using a VPN.

Facebook has been blocked here since riots in the northwest some time ago, the only way to access Facebook is to use a VPN.

Hoping this is not permanent

Try this proxy site. It has a constantly updated proxy server list, which puts Websense ( probably the #1 blocker in USA) to shame and does cartwheels around it. (yes cartwheels).
