I know there are several key nations - like Russia and China, and Japan too - that have a problem with an aging/declining population and there is a geopolitical crisis looming.

The aging population often have issues with rudeness and is the ideal solution. We don't need more people to look after the elderly, we need less elderly.
You are mistaken. Aging/declining populations need a certain number of people to maintain the society/economy. If not enough people are of working/tac-paying age, then more are needed.

You are mistaken. Aging/declining populations need a certain number of people to maintain the society/economy. If not enough people are of working/tac-paying age, then more are needed.
