But the new rating system isn't supposed to work like this!
I think the problem is that a newcomer's provisional rating is being displayed as if it was a real rating. Bluebabygirl should have completed 20 games before being awarded a rating. The fact that she has been given a rating after just one game, can only mean there's a bug.

I guess the idea with the provisional rating is that by the time they complete 20 games they will have established a more accurate rating, and can then be switched from provisional to regular tables.
