Heard a very funny joke on the radio today:

"Did you hear that Saddam got a French lawyer to represent him?
That's crazy! Who would want to spend time with a sleazy, despicable person like a french lawyer?"

😀!!

Good one, Crowley...but I expected it would be a French lawyer. Through his government and Chirac, he will know the business ins and outs of France/Iraq sleeze deals to better represent Saddam

One of Saddam's cousins asked this French lawyer to represent him.

Unfortunately, some people don't seem to be able to tell the difference between defending someone in court and being an apologist for them in general. Anyone heard of Pat Finucane? 🙁

Heard Saddam is planning on calling in Donald Rumsfield as a character witness. They got on so well when Rumsfeild dropped through Baghdad back in 1983 a few months after Saddam used chemical weapons on these pesky Iranians and Kurds.
