If couples like these people would never produce offspring there will be less and less stupid people, only the more intelligent will remain. Thats evolution.

My opinion is that humans arent really evolving anymore because of our intelligence. Humans with bad eye sight would simply be eaten in the past, now, they wear glasses/lenses. In the past only the stronger could survive and eat on animals they caught, now, we have McDonalds.
