We can lament for the injustice for sure not to mention the heavy handedness of the
term, in ludicrous disproportion to the alleged crime, itself an affront to the senses, yet
its inevitable that all one will be able to achieve is the inevitable platitude, 'if you are
unhappy with forum moderation, please send feedback', how anyone can be happy
when someone received a lengthy ban for no other reason than they like to post is
quite beyond me or any reasoning persons for that matter, perhaps someone can
explain it.

It seems to me that was the problem with Moose's contest. You can't pay in advance, or some other such deal. You could get a "I played a contest at RHP and all I got was the crummy T shirt."

If the winner has a recurring subscription paid annually by credit card, why
couldn't he be reimbursed in cash to offset the cost of the automatic renewal?
