How do you cook it?

I like the Philippines style with belly pork, chillies, soy sauce and garlic.

First the marriage thread, now the slow-cooking thread. I see how these forum denizens try to exclude people.

we casserole it with onions ,garlic and eat half of it as a traditional pork dinner with mash & yorkshire puds, the pork loin thats left we tease it out so its stringy pulled pork we have it in buns with sage& onion stuffing and gravy 2 great meals for the price of 1.

Definitely, Im sure all cultures have their prized version of this dish. One of the best meats around. The slow smoked method is great. Right now they are shooting wild hogs all over Texas by the thousands, and leaving them to rot. If only it were possible to share it around. The pork belly area is the tastiest in my opinion. My personal favourite is the crispy skin pork belly Chinese style.
