Is it me or are we running veerryyy slooowwww tonight?
I hate having the board infront of me for 60 seconds before the next page loads. This just highlights the mistake I just made.
Normally the pain from an error doesn't hit you until the board comes round again. But with a slow site the pain in twofold.

~ Your ISP and it's depressingly poor contention ratios and laughable quality cable/telephone lines - darn PPPoA rubish!
~ Everyone outside of the UK waking up and going online causing server lag and site congestion - whinge at and poke Russ until he buys bigger better servers
Either way it's sh!t creek without a paddle teritory, so put up and shut up!

Is that the same as deleting your temporary internet files on Internet Explorer?
Go to Tools... get an illegal operation error message
Go to Tools again then Internet Options
Allow windows to lag and freeze for trying such a complex procedure
Ctrl Alt Delete to unfreeze system and stop forced restart
Repeat steps 1 and 2 again
Click 'Delete Files'
Wait 3 minutes and then get fed up of IE doing absolutely nothing
Hit Ctrl Alt Delete again, quit IE and restart it
Follow steps 1, 2, 3, 6
Wait only 2 miuntes this time....
And it's done!

Have you got broadband? I have but when I had dial up screen used to freeze all the time, no problems now.
IE used to give me no end of problems, so I switched to Firefox and everythings fine now!
