So today im sitting in physics and i get my test back around 10:15. I get a 96 and my mom told me that i wouldnt do well because she felt i did not study enough. I sneakily whip out the phone and rub it in her face that i was right with a text message. I haven't see my phone since! AN hour later i realize that I didnt have my phone and I have retraced my steps and cant find it. So....

I have a verizon family plan set to run out in august. I have no insurance on the phone. I also have an old phone (it used to be my sister's). How much would it cost to just get my number transfered to this old phone? Thanks for any help...

Man this is awful. I think we should set-up a support group.

You should edit that first paragraph right out.

For your own good.

Take out insurance today... report it stolen in a week.

Edit: Darvlay, I don't know how long I can resist whipping it out and stuffing it in TDR1's face. Please help!

lol
your mobile numer is linked to a certain SIMcard, dunno the eaxact english word. its the little card u put in the phone. With that SIM you call with your mobile number.

what you do is go to a phone shop, buy yourself an ''empty'' SIMcard. Then you call your provider, tell them you want to link a new SIMcard to your mobile number, they prolly verify its you on a few questions and ask you to read the number on the SIMcard. they link it. you put it in your sisters phone and your calling with your mobile number again.

at least thats how it works in holland😛

i was under the impression that verizon phones no longer have sim cards, or maybe they cant be removed like other carriers?

a new SIMcard costs like 10-14 euros in holland

its not a built-in-feature
you still need a SIMcard to get a connection to call/tekst msg/etc
usualy they go under the battery somewhere
