It's ironic that today of all days I'm feeling more contumelious than I ever did while the Contumelious Clan was active. Some of the posts in the last 24 hours have taken me over the edge.

Lots of players were complaining about engine use for a very time. #1 was one such person. With respect he is a good player with a good legal mind for whats fair even if bolshy 😉 .. Plab and the others prove they listened to complaint took at look at the eveidence presented, delved further until they were satisfied and took action.
Russ can run the site anyway he choses and can make such appointments as he pleases. They telegraphed there intentions to stamp on cheats and carried out the excercise.
There is no way they owe anyone a look at there evidence.

I'm sure you're right Tirau Dan, even though you're quoting a post of mine a few pages back, the debate has moved on somewhat since then. I'm not asking for nth detail Fritz analysis to be posted, just the summation of the evidence proving the guilt, something in layman's terms.
