And maybe Mark McGwire used steroids. 😉

No. Various people "offered evidence" that there was a reasonable chance he was a cheat.

It's something completely different.

"Overwhelming evidence" and a "conclusion beyond a reasonable doubt" not a "reasonable chance". It's something completely different.

I'm stunned.

If you think that we took this issue lightly; then you are mistaken.

IM31 has a lot of "friends" on the site. If you think Russ would risk alienating them over a "reasonable chance"; then once again you are mistaken.

Agreed . I can't see how Russ would be so short sighted that he'd kick off the site's star player for anything less than overwhelming evidence . He'd be better served cutting off his own nose .

This whole business is going to get out of control.

One of the game moderators has admitted that it's extremely difficult to determine whether a player is cheating. In other words, there's really no solution.

And yet, the process is under way...

Yes. I know the US justice system is based on "Overwhelming evidence" and "Conclusion beyond a reasonable doubt", doesn't mean to say that it's ever helped all those people sitting wrongly accused on death row. Does it?

Doesn't mean that locking up (or banning from the community) people who may or may not be "criminals" is the best solution to a problem. Does it?

No. The method is wrong. The conclusions are simple and the punishment is just plain moronic.

You and your ilk disappoint me. Disappoint and disgust.
