I found the insult one of the most narrow-minded and unintelligent comments I think I've ever heard. As if parents thought to themselves: "we don't really want kids, but we are going to have them anyway so they who do not exist, can be born".

We are still trying for a second having just lost another.
But two will be enough - just maintaining the species!
