@great-big-stees saidI am lacking in all 3 departments.
I sir, am a scarecrow and so don’t have one yet though I do plan, when this Covid thing is over, to travel to Oz to see about getting one.👍
I wonder if they have a bundle package 🤔
@contenchess saidI enquired, on you behalf, and was told that there was indeed a package deal, but only for “Democrats”.

I am with you al I have a few + every night, my liver function results came back fine september gone.
All came back fine except for a liver reading.
Checked with the googler. Caused by excessive alcohol consumption but in some cases can be hereditary. Strange, my parents never had any problems and lived into their 90's.

@huckleberryhound saidFirst thing would be to STOP lying to yourself huck.
Thursday is always a stressful night for me, and one where a Rum and diet coke always feels deserved. This will be the fourth week in my sobriety (started Sunday 26th September). I've went months without a drink before, but when I go back off the proverbial wagon I can easily get into a habit of drinking two to three times a week. Not sure I'm ready to stay dry, but ...[text shortened]... e the will power when necessary.
Now "Processed Sugar free November"...that will be a challenge.
I knew I was an alcoholic in 1985 and took me until 1992 to actually quit.
I kept telling myself the same thing I've went for months without a drink so I know I can stop anytime. If only it were that easy.
You are either going to be a drinker or sober, the latter is your best option but hardest one, I been through it all my old friend. That you are actually talking about it is good.
I now drink a lot of coffee and tea, some would say I changed one addiction for the other, but I am ok with that. Let the red thumbs rain down as sometimes the truth can hurt.
I actually should have started this by saying congratulations on the four weeks of sobriety, good job!

@trev33 saidFor me personally if I go a few days without coffee. I get this splitting headache. All in my mind?
Did the same in February, good experiment to do, not just with alcohol, have done a similar thing with coffee... Both hard to cut out totally, mental thing really.
