Dim sum is considered breakfast food in many Chinese cultures, and they always have soy sauce on the table. Get thee to a dim summery!
(BTW, I'll never understand chicken feet...deep fried so the fat goes crispy - YES! - steamed so the fat stays soggy and sweaty - NO!)

Let the blood dry down (turning a soya brownish/black), reconstitute with some water and voila...homemade soya sauce. No muss, no fuss and it's all natural.
