Anybody that knocks 1-3 are most likely not looking at the movie with the same childlike wonder in which they viewed 4-6. I suggest forgetting for a moment how remarkable you considered 4-6 and watch 1-3 again with a clear mind bent on enjoying the movies for what they are. Entertainment and eye-candy with a decent enough storyline.
He should have farmed the scripts out for editing.
He should have found an actor to play Anakin (applies to eps 1-3)...
