The forums have always been free to everyone, they were always that way. You payed money to play more game, join clans, and play tournaments not to post in the forums.

I like it the way it is. They can't really do anything to you can they? Talk is cheap and if someone feels important because they have a subscription I just smile, happy that I don't need that to feel good about myself.
And if Russ changes non-sub privileges I'll find me another forum. There are thousands of free ones out there.
