@coquette saidUp until last year I used to stick my Mustang (a car not a horse) in the garage for the winter.
Not being sticky in 2019
Not yet, anyway
We'll, wasn't being sticky
Oh well, here we are
@great-big-stees saidWhy did you stick you Mustang in the garage for the winter? Why didn't you do it again?

@very-rusty saidSalted roads. My winter cars, after a few years, kept "dying" and I figured that rather than spending 2-3,000 dollars every few years for one I would be better off just rust proofing the "Stang" (a 2000 convertible) every fall. Oh and it now has 320,000km on it. I will now stick to driving it till it "dies".

@great-big-stees said198838.782 miles with the conversion from Km's, so close to 200,000 miles good use out of that car. I'd Stick with it, when you have more than one vehicle you got to drive them all or put them up.

@very-rusty saidLiving, "in the country" we need more than one vehicle and we do but when we had three we stuck one in the garage using only two.

@great-big-stees saidYes, I once lived in the country also. At one time we had no car at all. I used a bicycle as a young teenager to get around, walked, or sometimes would hitch-hiked. I know what it is like to be poor and stuck to limited transportation.
