I think it was more my being out of practice. It was my first tournament since 2000.

it's encouraging that you're making the attempt to understand your condition. i hope you continue to do so.

edit: i hope you read something substantial, and not just a paragraph you found using google, otherwise you'll find yourself in your familiar predicament of attaining only a very partial understanding.
