Yeah, the magnetic north wanders around the geographic north. If the magnetic north were wandering around the geographic south pole, it would be entirely sane to re-name one of them.

Why rename the stable element? And since the magnetic poles are incorrectly named at the moment, we could just keep the terms as they are, they'd just become correct.
