So this person that I know (could be related) starts on this rant a few weeks back about the year 2012 and how everything will change by that year and we will enter a new age. Apparently there will be volcanoes exploding and all sorts of wierd natural disasters. We are not safe here because Yellowstone will become a huge inferno of exploding lava and the only safe place on earth will be Mt. Everest. The person even purchased a book on how to prepare for the 2012 event.
I pretty much feel like if the earth is going to become an exploding mess, I would rather be dead anyway.

I have a relative who went hog-wild about the world ending New Years Day, 2000. Why then? Well, obviously because 2000 is an even number and has lots of zeros!!! And something to do with Jesus being born.....?? He still has cases of survival food in a back bedroom. Somebody, somewhere has a nutty theory about the end-of-the-world that they are willing to sell you because it is a lot easier than working an honest job.
