Whats up with this place? Got a laptop going on a phone line, there are BA employees walking around with maps trying to figure out where they are supposed to be, meanwhile, our luggage is lost, the whole system seems to be down, living in cafe's, when will we get the hell out of here? I thought Heathrow was supposed to be a great airport.

It was on morning tv about the shambles there. They said no staff were to be found, so it's an improvement that there are some now - let's hope they can read maps. 🙂

Who told you that? Like Stanstead, it is run by the money grabbing BAA. I saw a docu on their practices recently, and they are basically asset strippers.
