When I heard a motorcycle behind us, I panicked and ran to the side, just where the cyclist was going in order to get around our group. I think we both changed direction a few times until he hit me. At least he had slowed down a lot at that point, so I didn't get severely injured (I didn't even fall), but I had my knee in a cast for the next four weeks (which is especially annoying when you are on holidays in the Alps).

I also got hit by an unmotorised bicycle twice. Vehicles with two wheels are not my friends.
