Sum up your 2007

My trip to the hospital in January pretty much shaped my 2007, and into a year that i would not've expected before it happened. Saying that, if i were to sum up 2007 into one phrase it'd be "suprisingly fun".

How would you sum up your 2007 ?

I gained 40 pounds of muscle due to steroids.

I'd sum that 2007 up as....pretty cool.

Kind of started off really bad and got gradually worse. I hit rock botom in June. A couple of good friends dragged me out of the muddy, belching abyss that I was heading into.
Got a promotion at work from cleaner to Scheme Manager last week, which is what I've been aining towards for the last 18 months.
On the up and looking forward to 2008!

Damn. Well, 2007 was a year of serious highs and lows for me. Lots of loss and lots of gains. It's been crazy. The most defining year of my life yet.

Cheers to the New Year!

Big change in 2007. My younger son left for the Navy which, after 22 years, leaves the wife and I as empty-nesters. We were together 8 years before the kids came along and we are trying to adjust to it being the 2 of us again on a day-to-day basis. And it is soooooo quiet.

That shouldn't be hard. I hope 2006 burns in hell now it has passed away...
2007 may go to heaven, but has not earned any wings. Hopefully 2008 will.

Pretty good. The main theme is that I found full employment.
