Would you be crying if a team wins your divison while your team suffers a loss of a quarterback? By the way cards will beat vikings. :'(

Unless you have a Tom Brady waiting in the wings to take over ,and provide some kind of continuity, or have a superior scoring defense, I would be concerned with winning the division with a subpar QB.
You dont want to have to show a new QB the ropes in the playoffs.
BTW..I dont think Tennessee would get by the Steelers or the Ravens in the Playoffs, so forget the 18-1 SB dream.

I didn't see the game, but I'm curious as to why the Titans went for a 4th and 3 at the Texan 32 with 2 minutes to go and down 1 point. It would have been a 49 yard FG for the lead, but Bironas had already hit a 51 yarder. Not sure I understand Fisher's decision.

EDIT: In 2006, Bironas hit a 60 yarder and lifetime is 7 for 12 over 50 yards. A 49 yarder seems well within his range.

I watched it and a bunch of people questioned it. There was a breeze against him because the roof has to stay open due to the damage from Hurricane Ike. In fact, Kris Brown hooked a 26 yard attempt at the same end earlier in the game. I also think Fisher was afraid there was too much time left on the clock for the Texans to get into field goal range to get the win. Vanden Bosche did not play, and Haynesworth had been knocked out of the game several plays earlier. I think I would have still let Bironas kick it, but I am real glad he didn't.

Another convincing win. Not sure how these guys don't make it to the conference final and then the superbowl.

Depending on the seedings, i'm thinking Titans vs Colts in the final.

Not a bad bet..

Of course I'm hoping for a Dolphins' miracle.. we'll see how everything unfolds.

I have to man up; the Titans played very well and the Steelers awfully badly (and stupidly) on Sunday. But somehow I don't think Tennessee's playoff opponents are going to make 4 turnovers and get an unsportsmanlike conduct for simulating a snap count to turn a FG into a TD. I still don't think the Titans have enough offense to beat either the Colts, Steelers or even perhaps the Chargers or Ravens IF those teams play reasonably well in a playoff match up.

I don't know how well the Titans will do in the playoffs, but surely they have to be the favorites in the AFC. Their defense is as good as any in the league even with their two best linemen out and as for their offense they did put up 24 on the mighty Steelers D so I think they will be fine.
