Yes, what you can do is leave your doors open, to heat the outside, so they'll stay out there.

You need to trap them until they're gone. While you're trapping, invest some time into inspecting and caulking. Use chicken wire for larger openings (under porches, crawlspaces.) Cover every single possible point of entry.

Mice are cute, but your healthy family's cuter. They can lead to bigger issues than inconvenient droppings: They like chewing. Wires.

OK seriously - what is the deal with Hamsters as pets. WHY? Why cage a rodent who pisses and craps everywhere, dies when the wind changes and is nocturnal, for a pet? WHY? Cuz it's fuzzy? WHY? Cuz you're lonely? WHY? Cuz you enjoy the smell of piss and wood chips in your house? WHY?
