Yes, I did laugh at times, there were some funny bits but I don't think these make this film a comedy, the subject matter is actually pretty dark!

See no evil, Hear no evil and Cool Runnings.

Two definate Sunday afternoon hangover films.

Well it comes closer than some of the above mentioned titles.

Deliverance?

I figure that somewhere in the world that's considered a comedy.

After all, in the South, it's a love story.

"Withnail and I" is very funny.
I agree. I like the film.

I just remembered another good one called "Bright Young Thing"(Stephen fry's film I think), based on a novel by Evelyn Waugh's "Vile Bodies". Recommended.

I don't think that is a comedy film at all. A horror film rather..

Adam Sandler is a great comedy actor. He really makes me laugh.

I also like "Wedding Singer". He is really good.

But honestly him and Jack Nicholson together in "Anger Management" is one of the funniest I've ever seen!!

That's a classic. Also "A Chump at Oxford". Stan gets a whack on the head and thinks he's an Oxford Don.

Nearly any Marx Bros Bros. movie as well. "A Night At The Opera" - esp. the scene where they are ordering boiled eggs!

They don't make 'em like that anymore.

There are so many, I only read the first few pages but I'll try to add a couple that I don't remember seeing...

Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Austin Powers trilogy
Office Space
And I'm sure I'll think of a whole bunch later....
