I know we think differently about the war, but I do enjoy your input. I guess it's just plain hard to articulate things you feel stongly about sometimes.
I dont whant to turn this into another war thread, but if we do it will get to the goal alot quicker๐
Originally posted by UncleAdamLikewise I don't have any problem with people supporting the war. I do get annoyed with people who "protest the protesters". Man, I think that is pretty stale.

Originally posted by UncleAdamIndeed, Iraq has been a horrible country to live in. I don't think we did them as much of a favor though as it has been publicized.

Originally posted by UncleAdamI don't think we're any better. Iraq showed its people what it wanted them to see. No different here in the states. Was it really necessary to air the whole statue incident so many times? I turned the TV off on the third round in a row. I would have like to know what all the gun fire in the back was about, but instead I get to see a long drawn out escipade of a statue falling once again.

I will never get tired of the people draging Saddams head all around Baghdad๐
Originally posted by UncleAdamI must admit that even I was amused by this. I'm against the war, but I can't help it if I find a little bit of anarchy amusing. My favorite part was the guy who had looted the computer printer. He didn't even know what it was, but he was happy because it was his. ๐

its funny to see all the looting, but if you noticed all the places that where looted where Palces and stores funded by Saddams reigim, so they are only takeing back what is there's๐
Originally posted by UncleAdamI don't know about that. Like I said, we see just what we are supposed to see. I don't trust my government to show me the little man behind the curtain.

Originally posted by UncleAdamIt may indeed be the complete truth. I just don't feel like I can trust the majority of media I see. I have seen too much inside our country to believe that everything is on the up and up when we go outside of our borders.
