"That's funny, good one Raven." means that her post was funny, what she said, how she wrote it.
"I thought you were going to say "Crude Oil"!" means that she could have been talking about "crude oil" instead of "people's stupidity" and it would make perfect sense to me.

Many people don't think it is funny & if you do I think you have a very weird sense of humour, along with disreguard for the folks it does affect.
