We should go back to Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4; go back to a responsible maximum wage; and go back to the Football League.
Winning the FA Cup should be a passport to the European Championship. The losing finalists should go to the EUFA Cup.
The League Cup winners should also qualify for the EUFA Cup, as should the 2 other highest positions in Division 1.
There should be no more than two non-UK citizens allowed to play for any British club (otherwise, the national teams (NI, Wales, Scotland, England; Eire, as well, though not a national team) are heading for disaster). There should be incentive for nurturing home-grown talent.
Skills should not be coached out in favour of aggression.

Yeah, of course we will win a game - the last time we were up in the Prem it took us until 22nd December before we won one (vs Forset 3-2)... and we finished 9th that season!
It'll be a long tough season - but it's still early days, and I still have a bit of optimism left!

We could have beated both man U and 'Pool, or at least got a draw with both! But thats why I still say that the Prem league is still the best in world football at the moment.
