You people suck. Please, take a few simple minutes out of posting your usual drivel and cast some votes on what is some really good literary work. It won't take you long and not only will you do something good for these writers, you'll also diminish the daily spam quota by a small percentage.

Although I will admit, it was hard to choose between all of them.

While this competition is running I thought it'd be a good idea to run some ideas around for future rounds. I was pm'd that we should have a round based on the end of the world, which I think is quite open to interpretation. I'd personally like to see an end of the world piece done with comedic flavouring. I'll be accepting prose to the usual address:

The rules are still the same. 1000 word limit, no profanity, etc. Stay within forum guidelines. If anyone has any other good ideas please post them here. For now there are two definite future competitions in the pipeline, one is "The End of the World", and the other is completely open-topic-write-anything-you-want. I'll post them up as soon as I have enough entries and this competition is over.

Thanks to everyone who voted thus far, please keep the votes coming and give these writers your support, it takes serious balls to have your writing publicly displayed and left wide open for criticism.
