Breakfast, either a bowl of muesli with milk or a fried egg and toast or fruit salad with yogurt and various seeds. Sometimes green tea, still have the odd coffee but not as much or just a glass of water. Used to have 2 scrambled eggs quite regularly but cutting back.

I cut back to an egg every other day at Lunch time. too many eggs aren't good for you but you have to have a certain amount. I do have yogurt too as a rule at lunch time. I have 6 to 8 bottles of water a day along everything else I drink.
