You're suggestion to have Trev join our illustrious kitchen may be a good one but one does have to take into consideration his penchant for traveling. We need a chef who will show up on a consistent basis and as much as I, kinda, like your idea I am afraid it just wouldn't work out...damn nomad.

Noted and understood. I myself am descended from nomads, but surprisingly have stayed in the same place for about 35 years now.
