@torunn saidI think it would also be fair to ask what the Tavern expects of us, the customers.
Well, I will trust a customer who knows what to expect of a Tavern. I'm asking Dive and the rest of you, what do you want from us? We can change, we can improve.
I noticed that the Tavern never seemed to have bouncers (which would of course been a little lower-class), but if the Japanese chef who finally got hired was the one from the prison system, I think he could have tipped some balances with just a look in some cases.
TBH, I'll miss his grilled chili eel in pear sauce, but I also understand his pufferfish roulades might have lost the Tavern some customers.
@great-big-stees saidStees,
Seems to be a lot of “spillage/overflow” coming from other, nearby, establishments has founds it’s way into the tavern. Fear not, a cleanup crew has been contacted and they will soon have the situation well in hand...now who wants what?🤔😁
My apology old friend, I have just had enough of a certain clan member. I am of the understanding the Tavern is closing anyway? Or is that a positive thing yet? It will be missed by those who liked to come in here for some light conversation.
I had to reply to remarks made toward me old friend, as you know I am not the type to just let it go. Maybe a bad thing, but I will probably not change at this stage in life. Hope you are able to get back out on the Golf Course again!

@trev33 saidSorry trev. We were having a bit of trouble sourcing the chickens but that’s, now, been looked after. We hired a fox trainer and he has one that raids chicken coops and returns the catch to the trainer who then sells them to us. What would you like, as a beverage, to go with the dish...perhaps some sake?
Im still waiting for my chicken fried rice 😡
@very-rusty saidSome Green Tea VR?
