Please put me down for a pitcher, too. Maybe also some bar snacks or tapas so we're not guzzling on empty stomachs. I'm thinking some breaded and fried onion rings (spelling it out for our international audience) and fried potato oblongs with sea salt, hot sauce, and malt vinegar, but maybe you could suggest something better?

It's difficult, isn't it? To make jokes, to make art, to go on with trivialities.

And of course there's a lot of whataboutism trying to shame the people focused on the situation in Ukraine for not being equally concerned regarding this or that other situation on Earth.

OK, sure. I'll just collapse into a state of catatonia, then I will be completely even-handed regarding the distribution of my concern.

However, there is a digital artist from the Ukraine who said something on his channel just a week or so ago, something like: "Better to keep building than to stare at the ruins."
