@great-big-stees saidOf course it is going to be hardest on the Queen in my opinion. She had said on one of their anniversaries that he was her rock. I am thinking it will not be long before she retires, but we will see how that goes.

@very-rusty saidI would think that without Philip, the love of her life, she will feel as tired as she should at her age and after so many years of loyal service to her people. I think William and Kate are ready and well prepared.
I let you know about that when she passes Suzie Q, the odds are in my favor yet we never know from day to day.
